Character Strengths in Books

Character Strengths in Books

Surprisingly, but not surprisingly, we can see every single character strength is special moments in the majority of the books.

Only to put a little example we can use "The Diary of Anne Frank".
We can read here every moment of his life, when he was a little kid, an adolescent and a maturated woman because of the Holocaust. His life wasn't easy because her family and she were jews in time of the Second World War. We can see the hope she has that someday the war will finish, we can see how the perspective she had of the war wasn't the worst, we can see the bravery she had when they were sent to the camps, we can see the humor she had to make laugh her family although there was a war, we can see the love she had to her father, Otto Frank, which they were best friends, we can see the kindness she had to talk to all the people that were in the Annexe although sometimes they were a little bit unbearable, we can see the leadership she had when her sister was very sick.

This was one of the most amazing books I ever read in my life. It was unique to know everything about her. We recommend you to see the different movies there are about her life.

I leave some of their most important quotes she wrote in her diary and some scenes from some of the movies they made about her life.

He was Otto Frank, father of Anne Frank, and one piece of her diary.

Character strengths in Movies

CHARACTER STRENGTHS IN MOVIES

Now, everybody knows that some of the teachings we get is from the movies, we base our life in movies and special moments that has some love movies or inclusive in some comedy and action movies.

There's a movie that in my personal perspective has the majority of the character strengths is the one of "The Grand Budapest Hotel"

If you already saw this movie you can go one with the explanation, if not, I recommend you to pls see it first and then read this...
We can see the bravery when Mr. Gustave dare to go against the authority to let Zero travel through the train. Also humor, is very funny the way they structured the movie by the change of scenes or the way the conflicts present. In my opinion the funniest moment was when they were shooting each other in the last part when Agatha and Zero where searching for the painting.

HERE I LEAVE THE OFFICIAL TRAILER...
